Processing Time All Ready to Ship orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom sublimation orders require 3–5 business days for production before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the United States. Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Motiva Ink Studio is not responsible for delays or lost packages. If your package appears lost, please contact us at motivaink@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
